Ordering & Availability

Do you keep everything in stock?

Nope. Boss Level Bakery runs on small batches and limited drops. Some desserts are seasonal, some rotate weekly, and some only appear when the flavor test runs pass QA.

How do I know when new desserts drop?

Follow us on social or check the shop page regularly. New flavors and returning favorites show up there first.

Can I place an order in advance?

Yes. Some items can be ordered ahead depending on availability. If you’re planning for an event, reach out early so we can reserve a spot in the bake schedule.

Pickup & Delivery

Do you offer shipping?

At the moment we focus on local pickup and delivery so every dessert arrives fresh and boss-level quality.

Where do I pick up my order?

Pickup details will be sent after your order is confirmed.

Do you offer local delivery?

Local delivery may be available depending on location and order size. Delivery options appear during checkout if they’re available.

Ingredients & Allergies

Do your desserts contain allergens?

Many of our desserts contain wheat, dairy, eggs, and nuts. Always check product descriptions or contact us if you have allergies.

Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?

Occasionally we experiment with specialty builds, but availability changes. Keep an eye on flavor drops.

Custom Orders

Do you take custom cake orders?

Yes, depending on schedule availability. Custom builds are great for:

  • Special occasions
  • Dessert tables

How far in advance should I order?

For custom orders we recommend at least 1–2 weeks notice when possible.

How should I store my desserts?

Most baked goods are best enjoyed within 1–3 days. Store in a cool place or sealed container to maintain freshness.

Can desserts be frozen?

Some items freeze well, especially loaf cakes and certain pastries. Macarons can also be frozen and thawed when ready to enjoy.

Are your desserts made in a commercial kitchen?

Our desserts are produced in a home kitchen operating under cottage food laws, which means certain regulations apply to what can be sold and how orders are fulfilled.

Can your products be resold in stores?

Cottage bakery products are generally sold directly to customers rather than through wholesale or retail channels. That said, it’s not necessarily a hard “no.” If you’re interested in carrying our products or working together, feel free to reach out and we can start the conversation.

What if I need to cancel my order?

If something comes up, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation policies may depend on how close the order is to the bake date.

What happens if I miss my pickup time?

Reach out and we’ll do our best to help. Because items are baked fresh in small batches, holding orders too long may affect quality.
